SouthPark Business and Industrial Park is a 400 acre park located in Sanford, NC approximately 1.5 miles south on HWY 87 where it crosses HWY 421. Sanford, NC is located in Lee County, approximately 30-45 minutes from Research Triangle Park (RTP), the largest employment center in North Carolina.
