SouthPark Business and Industrial Park is a 400 acre park located in Sanford, NC approximately 1.5 miles south on HWY 87 where it crosses HWY 421. Sanford, NC is located in Lee County, approximately 30-45 minutes from Research Triangle Park (RTP), the largest employment center in North Carolina. Sanford is well positioned to attract manufacturers seeking proximity to RTP with lower real estate and labor costs.
