House Plans

We currently have architecture committee approval to build four house plans in the Carolina Trace Hidden Lake section.  Construction can be completed approximately 120 days after customer selections are made.  Flyers are available for each of the homes and can be e-mailed at your request.

The house plans and their addresses are:

1491 Kentucky Avenue.  This home is approximately 2390 square feet with three or four bedrooms, three baths, formal dining room, breakfast area off kitchen and a large bonus room.  Price is $215,000 subject to customer selections.

1498 Kentucky Avenue. This home is an approximately 1707 square feet ranch with sun room, three bedrooms and two baths..  It is a level lot and can be built handicap accessible.  Price is $179,000 subject to customer selections.

1541 Louisiana Lane.  This home is an approximately 2280 square feet two story home with the Master bedroom down, two and 1/2 baths.  It includes a 20 foot by 14 foot 4 inch Home Theater/Pool/Game/Bonus Room.  Price is $199,000 subject to customer selections.

1542 Louisiana Lane. This is an approximately 1714 square foot ranch with sun room, three bedrooms and two baths. Price is $179,000 subject to customer selections.
